By developing a business practice rooted in inclusion and equality, REALTORS® can help buyers of all cultural backgrounds achieve the dream of homeownership. The At Home With Diversity® (AHWD) certification course covers how to work effectively with diverse populations so you can build business success in today’s multicultural real estate market 

  • The At Home with Diversity course is a 6 hour elective CE class that addresses the topics of diversity, fair housing and business planning development.  
  • Upon completing the course, participants will be invited by NAR to apply for the certification. Please note that a separate $79 certification fee will be paid directly to NAR at that time. This fee is not included in the course registration fee and is not collected by NWIAR. 

Schedule: 

9:00- Class Begins

12:00- Lunch Break (Onsite lunch provided) 

4:00- Class Concludes

*This class is offered in partnership with Illinois School of Real Estate and can be taken for 6 hours of Elective CE.
