We will cover the most recent changes to the Code as well as practical application of the Code in typical situations and analyze how situations could have been handled differently. We will cover the new Citation Program as well as the elements of professionalism in Pathways to Professionalism. Result: PROFESSIONALISM with fewer – or more if needed – complaints being filed.
