This comprehensive course delivers critical updates on Illinois Real Estate License Act amendments, administrative rules, and REALTOR® Code of Ethics changes, while addressing current industry issues and best practices for brokerage management. Participants will examine emerging market trends, fair housing laws, and compliance obligations, and will develop practical strategies for supervising licensees, managing risk, and ensuring operational excellence in brokerage operations. Through six focused modules, Managing Brokers will strengthen their leadership, compliance oversight, recruiting, and training skills, while reinforcing their ability to maintain ethical and professional standards in an evolving real estate landscape.
This is a 12 hr. class that will be held across two consecutive days. When you register, you will automatically be registering for both days.
