A Zoom Event to educate first time and repeat homebuyers on how to move from renter to homeowner. Racheal Falzone with IHDA will speak on programs available for home buyers. We will also have local lenders Jess Riley, Pam DeSanti and Leah Kays that will speak to the importance of finances and credit scores. Conor Brown CEO of the NorthWest Alliance of Realtors Association will also speak about the current local housing market.
